Kyle Keegan came to real estate after years running a chemical and industrial distribution business with his brother Kris, negotiating directly with companies like Huntsman, Owens Corning, and Baker Hughes. That experience shaped how he works: know the numbers, know what the other side needs, and move. Kyle holds a business degree from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, with a focus on economics and finance, and now works with clients across Montgomery County on residential, commercial, land, and investment real estate, along with property tax consulting. He’s married with two young kids and lives in The Woodlands.
